How BlueCL records access to this company website and optional website analytics.

1. Essential website access logs

Our Ubuntu server records IP address, access time, request method and page path, response status and size, request processing time, and browser user-agent information to deliver the website, diagnose failures, and investigate abusive traffic. The new BlueCL access log excludes URL query strings, referrers, cookies, and authorization headers. Daily log rotation is configured for approximately 14 days; rotation schedules and security incident handling can affect the actual period. Existing older Nginx logs follow their previous rotation schedule.

2. Optional analytics, with your permission

Before you choose “Allow analytics,” we do not create an analytics browser ID or send page-journey measurements. Refusing does not prevent you from using the site. We record a random browser ID, a per-tab session ID, a page-view ID, page path, server receipt times, visible and active time, maximum scroll percentage, referral hostname, coarse device and browser categories, and counts of selected contact, technology, language, product, and research links.

We use these records to understand which pages are useful and improve the website. The analytics database does not contain your IP address, precise location, search terms, form input, email address, full referral URL, or raw browser user-agent. IDs identify a browser storage profile, not a named person. Browsers, devices, private mode, and cleared storage can produce different IDs.

3. Time measurement and limitations

Visible time counts time while the page is shown. Active time counts visible time with a page interaction in the previous 60 seconds. Hidden tabs do not contribute visible or active time. A session resets after 30 minutes without interaction and is separate for each tab. Parallel tabs can overlap. Browser shutdown, blocked scripts, and lost network requests may cause missing records.

4. Storage, retention, and deletion

Optional analytics are stored on BlueCL’s own Ubuntu server in South Korea, outside the public website directory. No third-party analytics service receives these records. Individual page records expire 90 days after their first server receipt, with an hourly cleanup job. Browser IDs expire after 90 days, the allow/deny choice after 180 days, and the session ID after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Browser IDs and the choice use local storage; session IDs use session storage. We do not set an analytics cookie. The server keeps a one-way hash of a withdrawn ID briefly to reject delayed requests; it expires after 10 minutes and is removed by the next hourly cleanup. Operational access logs are separate from optional analytics.

5. Change your choice or withdraw

Use the controls below or “Analytics settings” in any page footer. Withdrawing stops future collection, removes the analytics IDs from this browser, and requests deletion of server records for its current ID. If the server is unreachable, the deletion request is retried later. Clearing browser storage alone does not delete existing server records; they still expire after 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests disable optional analytics.

6. Rights and access

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, or questions about website data, contact bluecl@bluecl.cloud. If you wish us to locate analytics records, include the current browser ID displayed above, without sending unnecessary identity documents. We process requests according to applicable law. Analytics records are not publicly searchable or sold for advertising. The report runs only on the server’s loopback interface and is available to administrators through authorized SSH access.

7. Scope

This notice covers website access and optional analytics on bluecl.cloud. Separate products may process accounts, prompts, and model-provider integrations under their own notices. Business email inquiries pass through Cloudflare Email Routing and Gmail; the email-processing and international-transfer policy is being prepared separately. This analytics notice does not describe all processing in those services.
